Low Island Hops
Participants leap from dome to dome until they reach the end platform or the next obstacle. They can use either a single-foot jump or a double-foot jump, with a continuous flow from start to finish or a pause at each step. This is a lower body and balance exercise intended for younger participants, but still fun for all ages.
