Steps – Ground to Box
For this iteration of the steps, participants land on a ramp-up to a box step. Leaping in a zigzag pattern from step to step, participants weave their way across the space. Using continuous flow from start to finish is best, but less experienced users can take it slower by hopping to each step, stabilizing themselves, and then continuing to the next one. This element emphasizes lower body strength and good footwork.
